1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Tenderreverie's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Description

Tenderreverie provides AI technology consulting services including:

• AI-driven event planning consultation
• AI-powered operations optimization
• Strategic AI implementation guidance
• Lead generation services
• Multi-channel advertising campaigns

3. Qualification Process

All potential clients must complete our qualification process. Tenderreverie reserves the right to accept or decline service requests based on our qualification criteria. We will review all submissions and respond to qualified prospects within 24-48 hours.

4. Pricing and Payment

Our lead generation services are priced per qualified lead that responds to campaigns. Pricing varies by advertising channel:

• Social Media Leads: $45 per qualified lead
• Search Engine Leads: $55 per qualified lead
• Premium Multi-Channel: $65 per qualified lead

AI consulting services are quoted on a project basis. Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements.

5. Service Delivery

We strive to deliver high-quality services within agreed timeframes. Service delivery timelines will be specified in individual project agreements. Tenderreverie is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our services, methodologies, and deliverables remain with Tenderreverie unless explicitly transferred in writing. Clients retain ownership of their data and information provided to us.

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and business data. We will not disclose, share, or use client information for any purpose other than providing the agreed services.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tenderreverie's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due, and confidentiality obligations continue.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Jacksonville, Florida.
